Every named body we can actually point to — plus the menu as the source of truth.
This roster is a field guide, not a leak wiki. Harp Isles Avatars (specimens) change as models ship. The January 2026 FAQ said 11 playable creatures for beta if extras were not finished. Later recaps talked over 30 Avatars on day one. Your specimen menu is the only count that matters. If a name below is missing, it is not in your build.

How to read a row
For each name we list: where it showed up, what role it seemed to play, and whether it is a species or a fork. We do not invent stats. When the team publishes numbers, they will go in tables. Until then, movement talk belongs on how to fly.
Named in recode and tester footage
Jacktle — Recode demo body (some recaps say Jackal). Ground presence, tail/neck IK, blinking, breathing. Treat as a showcase mammal/reptile hybrid until the menu tag says otherwise. Good candidate for learning animations; rank it after you feel hunger.
Cyntoli — Animation showcases and unique-sound follow-ups. Carnivore energy in community talk. Wait for diet tags in UI.
Sentis’ Areni — Marketed as asymmetrical. Unique silhouette, unique hitbox risk. Not a beginner pick on the beginner list.
Alyorux / Alyo — Subspecies videos. Treat Alyo as a line that forks rather than a single stat block.
Divum’ Turba — Shown with Alyo in beta-roster videos. Likely a distinct species, not a palette.
San’ Dahyros — Unique sounds and animated calls. Social/hunt support more than a tutorial tank.
Two-Jactal — Named as a subspecies that changes flight, not as a separate roster slot.
Bleed Santa Hiros — Tester mission subspecies grant. If you do not have the item, you do not have the body.
Older concept reels (2023) showed many more designs. Recode replaced textures with part colors; some concepts may never ship. Do not pent-up for a 2023 neon you saw on a fan edit.
How selection works in the live menu
Main menu → specimen list → part-color customization → spawn pin → cutscene. DNA strands set diet on first run. Unlocking five Avatars was a tester mission, so extras are gated by DNA or progression, not by a Robux door.
If the list is shorter than 30, you are not missing a secret tab — you are looking at what shipped. Check launch notes after patches.
Roles, not elements
Think in jobs: scout flier, ground bruiser, swimmer, nest sitter, pack caller. The best avatars page maps jobs to letters. This page maps jobs to names. A caller without a pack is a noise machine. A bruiser without food is a corpse.
Collecting versus playing
Trading will make the roster a catalog. Play one body to adult before you collect five. The starter planner exists because DNA is easier to spend than to recover.

How to use the in-game list without spreading DNA
Sort by what you can feed, not by what is new. New is a recode marketing trick. Open each specimen, read the diet tag, glance at whether juveniles fly, then close it. Unlocking five Avatars was a tester flex, not a beginner quest. One adult on a herbivore teaches more than four hungry carnivores.
If the menu shows a creature you cannot click, it is gated — DNA, growth, event, or not shipped. Do not buy a “roster unlock script.” That belongs on script safety.
Calls, silhouettes, and hitboxes
Animated calls are pretty and also loud. Loud is how packs find you and how predators find you. Practice mute-hunt on your first adult. Asymmetrical silhouettes (Sentis’ Areni) are easy to recognize in a tracking HUD — that cuts both ways. If you want to learn the game, pick a boring outline.
When a patch adds a name, we will add a row with the patch date from the updates hub. We will not keep a rumor graveyard of 2023 concepts that the recode deleted.,
