Best Harp Isles Avatars

Launch-week power ranking — jobs, not thumbnails.

Best Avatars

This is the overall Harp Isles power list for players who already finished one growth. If you have not, use beginner picks instead. Ranks assume public servers on 29 August 2026, not a private tester shard.

Names below are bodies shown in official-adjacent showcases. If a name is missing from your specimen menu, it is not out — skip it. Roster counts moved from “11 for beta” to “30+ day one” during development; the menu is the list.

S — leave a fight and come back

S-tier kits combine a diet you can actually feed, a flight or swim abort, and a lunge or ability that works on NPCs and players. They survive disasters by leaving, not by tanking. Think flexible fliers and omnivores that can use fruit piles when the hunt fails.

Showcased fliers with tunable torque belong here until a patch nerfs cruise speed. If a kit can thread porous caves and still dive on prey, it will dominate launch PvP.

A — adult problems

A-tier bodies hit hard or grow fast but punish mistakes: high hunger, contested hunting grounds, wide turn radius in caves. Jacktle-style grounded presence (named repeatedly in recode footage) sits here if it cannot abort into sky as cleanly as a dedicated flier. Cyntoli and other showcase carnivores sit here until we see live TTK.

A-tier is where most “best Avatar” YouTube titles actually live. They look S. They eat like A.

B — specialists

Water kits, nest holders, event-leaning bodies, asymmetrical kits like Sentis’ Areni that may trade readability for tricks. Alyorux / Divum’ Turba showcase lines belong here until their skill tree uniqueness is proven. B is not bad. B is “bring it to the right biome.”

San’ Dahyros-style sound/call kits are social and hunt-support; they climb this rank in a pack and fall solo.

C — homework

Glass cannons, babies that cannot fly on a species that needs flight, kits that require advanced research files you do not have. If your fun is the render, play it anyway — then do not complain on Discord that herbivores “broke the game.”

How to apply a rank

  1. Confirm the body is in the avatar roster.
  2. Confirm diet on diets.
  3. Confirm you can fly or hide — how to fly.
  4. Plan subspecies on the subspecies ranking.
  5. Spend DNA.

Do not trade an S name for shards in week one. Nobody knows prices. Use the official hub only.

What will move this list

  • First live combat patch.
  • Ashes Awakening on 10 September 2026.
  • Any disaster that deletes fliers or swimmers specifically.
  • Skill-tree node nerfs.

Recheck the updates hub before you rewrite your identity. A clip of a colored dragon in a thumbnail is not a patch note.

If two kits feel equal, pick the one you can feed. Power that starves is C-tier with extra steps.

How we will move letters

A kit jumps up when its abort (flight or swim) is real and its diet is common on public pins. A kit drops when a patch nerfs cruise speed or when Ashes Awakening adds a counter. We will not move a letter because a 20-second clip hit 30k views.

If your main is C and you are happy, stay. Tiers are for people spending DNA, not for people who already bonded with a Cyntoli.

Reading other lists

Any list that ranks palettes, Robux wings, or “aura” is not a combat list. Any list that copies Creatures of Sonaria names into Harp Isles slots is fanfiction. Use diets and how to fly as the tie-breakers: food plus abort beats a prettier bite animation.

Pack context matters. A B caller in a coordinated nest plays like A. A solo S that cannot land is a corpse. Rank your situation, then the letter.,

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Harp Isles questions.

Who is the best Harp Isles Avatar?

The one you can feed and abort with. Use S-tier fliers/omnivores if you need a short answer, and the beginner list if you are new.

Why isn’t my favorite named S?

Showcase names are incomplete and live balance is a week old. Check the roster for what you actually own.

Does cosmetics rank matter?

No. Palettes are shards/Robux. Tiers are stats and diets.

PvP or PvE list?

This page leans power. Peaceful growth is the beginner page.
